Competed in the May 2019 CISCO SNAP Competition - San Jose/US, against another 35 teams from CISCO offices all around the world, it was a two weeks competition that required meeting with different business users, asking questions to understand their requirements, deciphering their requirements into the most efficient, practical and feasible solution, and finally demonstrating and presenting the developed product.
I was the leader of the team that was among the winners, our product was called "Telehealth", a virtual hospital to serve patients in the rural parts of India.
We won the award for envisioning, designing, architecting, demoing and presenting our product.

Responsibilities:
Product Discovery: Prove (or reject) hypothesis by speaking with future users, students, HRs, teachers and companies. Understand the market opportunity, value proposition and draft possible solutions. Constantly communicate with beta users to validate and improve the product.
​Product Development: Lead the execution using Agile framework and act as a Product Owner, Scrum Master and QA. Work with the team to improve the design, demo the product to end users and run A/B tests to improve the product and make sure new features resonate with the customer. Hire 3 developers, hire a designer and train customer service department to make sure entire team is in the know regarding feature requests.
Digital bank is a Customer Relationship Management application (CRM), to create a digital and automated cusomer experience for the banking industry.
From the initiation/interest of a prospect to on-boarding, ongoing management through to the potential to save a customer and finally cancellation.
The CRM delivers a world class, best of breed solution for digital bank, including Sales, Marketing, Service, Digital & Social capabilities. The project is a key business transformation initiative delivering a true digital enabled capability.

Responsibilities: Research the market, run brainstormings, interviews and design iterations to define the product (fucntionaity, features and design). Work with developers and designers to build the product and deploy for beta users. Run A/B tests to improve the product, integrate feedback loop to be in the know for customer requests. Work with the CEO to define the pricing model, long term strategy and 2 year product roadmap. Work with back end developer team to build APIs and make sure startegic partners are successfully connected.
Results: Created the product and Increased overall sales by 60%. Business partnerships obtained in Brazil, UK, USA and across the middle east.
Finance house integration is a scalable integration infrastructure that supports various channels and systems to connect the disparate banking systems across the group, in order to reduce the implementation cost and increase operational efficiency.
Services exposed by the middleware (e.g.:- Balance Enquiry) should be accessible from existing and future channels and satellite systems providing same level of customer experience despite of the channel used.

Product Discovery: Research similar products on the web and document use cases. Work with the prospective users to define the scope, resource requirement plan and create wireframes. Work with the UI/UX designer to create a POC/MVP and demo to beta users. Create project and product roadmap and release milestones.
​Product Development: Manage the project using Agile(Scrum) methodology. Work with the dev team to set ground rules, estimate user stories and create 3 week long sprints. Demo the achievementns to beta users at the end of each sprint and collect feedback. Work with different development teams(FE, BE and DevOps) to integrate the project and train the customer on using the product.
National Gateway Infrastructure was a product that created a unified electronic platform that facilitated electronic integration of government systems according to consistent standards and policies to improve eServices delivery so that each government entity can utilize any service offered by another entity.
This project developed and launched eServices in record times by linking and making accessible electronic systems and applications of all government entities, as well as providing integrated eGovernment services to nationals, expatriates and other sectors through a single electronic platform using the four different service delivery channels such as eGovernment Portal, Mobile Gateway, Public Service Centers, e-Kiosks and the National Contact Center.

Product Discovery: Conduct market research, interviews, and work sessions with end users (ministries, agencies and citizens) to understand their needs and requirements for the product. Create wireframes (using Balsamiq) and seek feedback from beta users, finalize the high velocity wireframes and work with the designer to create UI/UX.
​Product Execution: Execute by using Agile (Scrum) framework. Create product roadmap, epics, and user stories. Work with power customers (Product Owners) to prioritize features, estimate user stories with developers and schedule 2 week long iterations. Act as a Scrum Master, conduct scrum meetings/rituals, remove impediments and motivate and lead the dev team.

Product Development: Followed Agile development philosophy, worked with the dev team to prioritize tasks, estimated user stories and scheduled 2 week long iteration. Organized collaboration channel with beta users, had bi-weekly demos and collected feedback. Facilitated development and made sure cross-functional teams are working in collaborative fashion. Building permit System is a project for Urban Planning and Development Authority, it is an integrated portal that informs, educates and provides services to citizens, governmental agencies, businesses, and employees.
The provided services allow citizens to submit an online building permit application, upload the required documents and make an online payment. The automated solution is a complex process with synchronous and asynchronous reviews by different engineering departments and government entities, EX: Water & Electricty, drainage and municipality.
The solution also provides comprehensive analytics to get insights about the applications status and the average time to issue an application, EX: how many applilcations were completed during a particular time period.
